What exactly do you mean to say that the button is not working. What is the exact use case you try to achieve? You can't copy a role to a new role. What you can do is copy a role into a sub role node. Or first create a new role. Then copy all duties or other role objects and paste it in your new role.

Copy option is for duties and privileges. If you want to club the roles, you can use sub-roles functionality in security configuration.

My case here is that I am trying to copy entire existing Role into a new Role, I press Copy in the role then when I wanna Past the role into a new one nothing appears like paste for example.

As mentioned above, use duplicate button which is just left to copy. It will duplicate the same role and you can assign name as per requirement.
If you want to use copy then it needs to done one by one for duty/privilege.

For this purpose, you can use the function 'Duplicate' when you selected the security role. It will then ask you to provide a new name for the copy of the security role.
