
We currently do not store email addresses in GP when it comes to the sales order confirmation due to the fact that a single address code can have 1-20 different email addresses that we send order confirmations to directly out of GP it never made sense to store them. I am trying to create a SmartList that will show the email address used to send order confirmations. I am pulling the internet address and the email details but cannot link them to anything but each other and even that is not proving to resolve my issue. How can I run a list of all sales orders and the email address associated to that specific order?
You can create a custom Smartlist and use the syEmailDetails table from the Company group. SOP is module 11 and document type will correlate to the SOP document type. The Document Number is in that table.
