Customer Voice Survey - Sending Reminders and follow ups

I do not see an ability to easily send reminders to people who have still not filled out a survey ? I read this feature was supposed to be released in 2021 but do not see it in my tenant? Does a specific feature have to be enabled to see this or is there no easy way to send follow-ups and reminders to people who have not filled out surveys?

    Hi Jordan,

    I have the same question - the resend button just acts like the original send. Hopefully, someone will be able to advise!
