You are trying to exclude duplicate members from two marketing lists, right?
If so, you can create one dynamic segment to achieve your goal:
1.Two marketing lists:
--Abbie Gardiner exists in two marketing lists at the same time.
2.Create and Configure the dynamic segment:
1)Add query block
2)Delete OOB empty attribute condition, then add related entity:
3)Find and select Marketing List(....)
4)Add condition to marketing list:
5)Add query block again:
6)Change to but not:
7)Repeat steps 2) to 5)
3.Test:
--Go live the segment and refresh members grid.
