Project management: Pending transaction not posted and not allowing to close project

Hi All,

There is one issue whereby the expense transaction was created for a project and has been posted but when I am checking the account distribution for the same it shows 2 more lines one with positive and another with negative effect with accounting event none. Now as these 2 lines are yet parked in pending transactions I am not able to close the project.
