    Hi Ashok,

You mean that you client does not only want to see the summary ledger account balance for your accounts payables but wants to see the individual vendor account balances that make up this total amount, right?

Have you checked the vendor balance list report in AP? I believe it should provide you with this breakdown.

Other than that you can also use a financial dimension "vendor" that is setup on the vendor master and can then be used for breaking down the total balance.

    Hope this helps,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ashok,

If you use (a) the vendor (b) the customer and (c) your items as financial dimensions and attach them to your master records you do not need to create any report but can get those balances from the trial list page out of the box.

If you are not doing that and want to have all those balances in a single report you would need to develop this report.

If, on the other hand, you are fine using separate reports you can use e.g. (a) the vendor balance list report, (b) the customer balance list report and (c) the inventory value report  that give you that information.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ashok,

If you include the financial dimension into your account structures in GL and activate that structure you should be able to identify the new financial dimension values in the customer/item/vendor... master tables and can enter the financial dimension values there.
