Have you set the ConsumeContainerWhitespace to "True" in your Report designer properties?

    Hi Emarith,

If the report output is moving to second page despite of having lot of space on first page, then you may need to reduce the width and height of the body section in your report desing. Verify the height and width of your body section according to your Report width and height.

Please verify and let me know if you have further queries related to this.

    Thanks,

    Baber.

RE: SSRS Report Have problem with Footer (Empty Space)

If you have included in your report a section for Header / Footer then the space it needs to display them will be reserved on every page. This is how it works in SSRS by design. I imagine you have some conditions to not display the footer on all the pages, this is why the empty space; however the space it still reserved.
