Arrears generating

We had an scenario come up where we had to remove some of our insurance deductions from our Build ID so the deductions would not be taken; and the deductions were not taken.  When we go to generate the mandatory arrears, however, it appears to be calculating arrears for those deductions not taken.  Not sure why this is happening, but is there a way to prevent it?  At this point, I've only ran the mandatory arrears in a test company.

    RE: Arrears generating

    Hello,

I tried to replicate this in my system by assigning a deduction code for $100 with Mandatory arrears marked to 2 employees.  One was in my pay run and the other was not.  I made sure in the build to not include this deduction as well.   When I generated my mandatory arrears, I only saw the 1 employee record in the window and it was the one that was not included in the pay run.  This was on 18.3.1245.  Is there any chance that you would have any add-on products or customizations in place on top of the default GP code that could be coming into play here?

I would also make sure that when you generate your mandatory arrears that you are still marking the audit trail code that was processed without deductions.

    Thanks,

    Isaac Olson
