Right click on Name (on top of Object Designer) and Show Column and select Caption and Click OK

Open Development Environment in Czech language from Tools-->options

You will see like this.. Is this what you need?

in nav 2013 there you have the windows client RTC for the daily doing. to manage the nav objects you can use the nav 2013 development environment (successor of the nav 5 cc client). in this dev.env. you have the known object designer (menu tools). there click on the tab header "Table" to view the tables.

When you install NAV, 2 clients will be installed in your machine.

    Development Environment and RTC

open Development Environment which is similar to 5.0 where we still develop everything.

You need to install development environment from setup and open it like classic client.

below is the screen of development environment in  nav 2013 R2 and the same is in NAV 2013
