Zetadocs Express password?

I continue to be cursed trying to get Zetadocs Express up and running with NAV 2013R2 using the Zetadocs Archive Service.

But, I have uncovered a clue in the event log as to my latest problem.

Login failed for user 'Zetadocs'. Reason: Could not find a login matching the name provided. [CLIENT: <local machine>]

It appears that some part of Zetadcs wants to log into SQL Server using a "Zetadocs" account. Sine my install did not create one, I went ahead and added it, not knowing what the password might be I tried the "sa" password that Zetadocs wanted to use during the install. In short, the new user account was at least recognized, but I got the password wrong.

Login failed for user 'Zetadocs'. Reason: Password did not match that for the login provided. [CLIENT: <local machine>]

Would anyone happen to know what password Zetadocs is trying to use?

    Dear David,

    I have the same problem with Zetadocs Archive Service, it is now 10/02 and no solution was posted to this support call. I created the SQL instance Zetadocs, enabled user sa because by default is disabled on SQL express. but sa password is unkown

    Did you finally solve this problem?

    Hi,

    Ok I finally installed ZetadocsArchive Database. The SQL script is trying to authenticate with user sa. By default SQL express only allows windows authentication. Right click the SQL Express instance->Properties->Security->Select SQL server and Windows Authentication.Restart the SQL service. Then reset the password for sa user found in ManualSQLScriptInstaller.cmd in line 11 /SAPWD.

    Run Setup.exe etc

    We have successfully tested a solution to the above issue and a technote will be published in approximately one weeks time. This is an issue that may occur with some setups where the password policy is more complex.
