HI team,

Is there any way we can restrict the functionality of reassigning records of dynamics 365 Admin user? User can reassign other users record but they cannot reassign the admin users record.

Any pointers on this

Thanks for your response. But can you be more detailed in the steps. Iam new to this. So couldn't get your point. any documentation or screenshots will be helpful

You can do a parent child business unit. So set the admin to the parent business unit and other users to the child business unit. Then set the assign rights to Parent: Child Business Units.
