I'm looking for ways to automatically save generated files like invoices or packingslip documents as PDF in a shared folder on our server in domain on onpremise.
Is there any out of the box way for it or any acceptable web tool to make it possible? Or the only way is a custom modification for it.
I've looked on the PrintArchive but it's not actually meeting the expectations and the printactive option is grayed for me when I just pick it for only archive I can only use it at print or show on screen.
As for requirements at best would be to have stored it as a file tree. Files can't be deleted by users and can only search for connected documents.
Actually the best thing would be just to get all documents posted on the folder at create but without proform documents for clarity.
In AX i could just make a form for filtering connected documents and manually search in folder for users in our domain with only read permissions or read/copy.
