Importing products does not work - Product ID exist error

Hello,

I want to update prices on some products via import, but it is not possible because everytime I try to I get an error that the Product ID already exists. I do not want to create new products, I want to update old ones. Does anybody know why is this happening and how to fix it?

    Hi Bartek933,

    The error is telling the action is going to rate records instead of updating. It is important to know the steps you are following for the update. For more details: https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/no-audience/2015/05/20/using-excel-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2015-record-updates/
