Search Order Number and show phone/email history

Hi everyone,

I am working with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub, and we are looking for a way to find phone/email activity when searching for an Order Number. In other words, is there a way to enable a search parameter to view if there are any phone calls/email activity associated with an order number?

We believe there might be a way by using the string value of the order and delivery field.

You can full fill your requirement using Quick Find View.

Add your columns in Find By
