Is there any way to disable this validation? Is there an SDK messaging step that can be disabled?
Can you include a screenshot showing the start times and end times?
I've gotten this error when the start time was PM and end time was AM on same day and I just had to fix that end time was really PM.
I'm still having this error "The end time must be later than the start time" when using the current Field Service (Dynamis 365). This error is when end user tries to "Complete" the Resource Booking. Any other suggestions to disable. Everything looks normal on the Schedule Board, but we get this error "sometimes" for a reason. It is not obvious why this occurs. The old Dynamics 365 app (now deprecated) never had this issue.
As Alexander said, the start and end time are used to calculate the booking duration which will reflect on the resource availability. Anyway, you can find this validation on the web resource '/msdyn_/fps/BookableResourceBooking/BookableResourceBooking.Library.js'
Just curious - why would you do this? Keep in mind there is lots of background logic that will use these timestamps. Calculation of booking journals etc. might give you strange results if you disabled these checks.
