Hi Guys,

I wanna ask about withholding tax tat have been posted.

after posting the payment journal that use withholding tax, the total amount in journal is reduced by the withholding tax.

but, there is no line for withholding tax journal. it just show the account payable and cash/bank.

how to see the amount of withholding tax? (except see from the main account transaction)

thank you

    Hi Febriani Vira,

Under GL/inquiries/tax/posted sales tax you can see the sales tax code, sales tax Group and sales tax code. Those fields might be hidden in the General tab but you can personalize those fields and bring them to the overview of the posting window.

The ledger accounts used for posting the sales tax cannot be included in this form but you can simple open them via the voucher button.

    Hope this helps,

    Hello Febriani Vira,

Have you tried using the following form:

    GL/inquiries/tax/posted withholding tax?

This should give you a quick overview on all withholding tax transactions posted in your system.

    Hope this helps,

    Ludwig
