Can't Upload Image to RTM Preference Centre Form

Hey everyone, 
 
I've encountered an issue when creating a new Preference Centre in Real Time. Creating the Compliance Profile is no issue, but when I try to customize the Preference Centre with either an image, or I try to change the wording of the /Submit/ button, the below happens. Sometimes I get this Error, but sometimes I get where the entire CI interface appears within that Design /window/. It's very bizarre and has happened in multiple environments, not just one. And worst is when I click on the Microsoft Support link within the error message, it goes to a 404 page.
 
I can't find anything about this online, or in the forums. Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to fix it?

    I encountered the same problem as you in my testing.
    The way to add a image is shown below.
     
    Finally, the image was successfully added to the preference center.
