Hi,
We need "Show attachment status" to be checked for all the AX users.
when we are creating a new AX user from AD (active directory) users, all the fields in Tools \Options|general are getting populated same but "Show attachment status" is not getting checked.
from where will the tool options will be populated for every new user? I would also like the "Show attachment Status" gets populated.

You can try to see if it gets copied from the admin user like Dynamics 365 has a "hidden feature": dynamicspedia.com/.../how-to-select-a-default-language-for-new-users-in-microsoft-dynamics-365-for-finance-and-operations
If not, it would be a customization to get it filled by default.
