There is the two way for Hide/Show buttons:
1st way is- using Display Rules in Ribbon Workbench
1- Add a Display Rule to the Command attached with the button you have
2- Now, select Value Rule in the Display Rule section
3- And simple Invert Result = True
Note: Please do not forget to add this in Command.
And 2nd way is- directly hide
Just right click on your button and select Hide , publish your changes.
I hope your problem is clear now. Please mark my answer verified if this is helpful!
Thanks,
Hi,
Can you please right click on button and click unhide, publish your change.
Again right click on your button and select Hide , publish your changes.

I think that you need to hide this button, so follow the below steps:
1- Add a Display Rule to the Command attached with the button you have
2- Now, select Value Rule in the Display Rule section
