Folder Level structure

Hi All, i was wondering if this is expected behaviour or I'm missing some kind of configuration in my CRM, or if there is a workaround.
When i upload a file related to a Opportunity or Contact for an Account the files are going in a folder with the entity name under the Account's name, which is expected.
However, this is not the case for Lead or other entity that has a relationship with the account, and the files are rather going in a common folder called lead or whatever, and then a folder with the record's name.
I was expecting that there will be also a folder leads created under the account and all leads related to this account which have files uploaded will have a folder created, but that's not the case.
Is there a way i can have all files for other Account related entities to be created in a folder under the account as it is with the opportunity and contact?
I have the same question (0)

This has been done already, otherwise opportunities and contacts folders wouldn't be created under the account folder in SPO

    Hi,

We have analyzed the information you have provided and we believe this one is related to the setting /Document Management/Relating to /SharePoint/ Integration in Dynamics 365 Advanced Settings.

If you need the system to create folders automatically, you can change the /folder structure/ setting on /Document Management Settings/ by selecting /Entity-Based/.

Please refer to the official documentation in the link below.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
