We are trying to run reports for the prior fiscal years as well as the current FY. When I change the period, output name, and output destination, it overwrites the report in both locations instead of just one. For example:
Sharepoint Library (Budget Reports)
- Subfolder (Current Fiscal Year)
- Subfolder (Fiscal Year 13)
- Subfolder (Fiscal Year 12)
When I run and publish to the Current Fiscal Year folder, it overwrites report in the Fiscal Year 13 subfolder.
What is the best way to run MR reports for prior fiscal years and still publish to sharepoint? Do I need to copy each report definition, row, column, and tree to have truly separate reports?
Many thanks,
Brian

I have the same question (0)For now, I have a workaround. I open each of the reports and do a "save as". This creates a new clone. I still have to manually change the period, budget, and encumbrances each time, but since these are one time reports it should work ok. It seems like you must create a new report if you want to guarantee a unique URL for the sharepoint library.
