Hello,

Anyone know a good reference for XLST implementation ?

Not only a description but a tutorial from the start, how to create the XML, what is the source, so there is a sample real case., up to the XLST setting.

Thanks,

I have the same question (0)

Simply put the keywords (XSLT tutorial) to your favourite search engine.

Note that XSLT is nothing specific to Dynamics, therefore this isn't the best forum for questions about XSLT language.

    Hi Martin,

Yes, I understand that. That is why I'm asking whether there is a specific for D365 it self. Because I just got question whether I have implemented this in D365. And of course my answer, No.

So I want to know how exactly this being implemented.

    Thanks

    Hi VoltesDev,

XSLT used for data transformation of XML documents. It is used in Data management for Import processing groups. You can go to processing group -> Mapping -> Transformation tab.

This is typically used in Bank statement imports a lot like below (I don't have valid XSLT files in the below example).

Most common and out of the box scenario in D365 which uses XSLT transformation is bank recon statement (BAI2 )import. You can take a look at below link for sample XSLT used and procedure to set those up in data management workspace

    docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-advanced-bank-reconciliation-import-process

Similarly You can used it  for any other scenario  data transformation scenario as well.

The question "how XSTL can be implemented in D365" makes no sense. XSLT is a language, which you can use, but it's already implemented.

If you mean how you can use this language in D365, you can either use the existing support mentioned in previous replies, or you can call it from your own code. Unfortunately you forgot to explain your scenario...
