Unsubscribe Feature do not work for my default Subscription Center Portal in D365 Marketing

Dear Community !

I Have a Production instance of Marketing with an Event Portal running on default subscription center. Earlier, I was able to run several email marketing campaign using this default subscription center and some of my leads, unfortunately, unsubscribed from my list. That way, I know it still works. But all of sudden the unsubscribe link doesn't work and I got notified by one of my client.

After checking the issue and encounter several workaround in the forum, I still couldn't figured out what happened.

I've tried to add entry into Site Settings according to another thread --> Http failure response for Event Portal w/ custom domain - Dynamics 365 Marketing Forum Community Forum although mine is not custom event page.

Also, refreshing the portal. still doesn't work.

Here is the link to my default subscription center https://metisc.microsoftcrmportals.com

Here is the unsubscribe link https://metisc.microsoftcrmportals.com/manageSubscriptions?msdynunsubscribeid=Bhx6GEsXx2Mgd8X145T7y5GuNbmgmTYwhGh7x9mO754x

Any help is appreciated. Thank you very much

    Hi,

It is recommended to restart / reset your portal.

    1. Open your Power Apps and tick the portal you’re using. Click the Settings button.

    1. Click the Administration link. Try to restart or reset your portal to see if it can be resolved.

    1. In the Manage Dynamics 365 Instance tab, try to update the instance.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,
