Problem with App CRM for Outlook

I have a problem with App CRM for Outlook ,  I added 4 contacts using the tracking from Outlook. However, I was able to verify that they had been synchronized, but it overwrites directly on a contact, I do not know what the problem may be.

    What exactly is being overwritten on the Contact?

    Can you go to Settings -> Administration -> System Settings -> Synchronization -> Manage the Synchronized fields and ensure that the direction is as required?

    The CRM overwrites all the values in the contact field. When I update a contact from outlook, what it does is overwrite all the data of an existing contact.

    It would only do that if those contact had the same email address, and therefore were linked by Dynamics as the same contact.  That is expected behavior.

    Zuco, try setting the direction of the sync to be only from Dynamics to Outlook and not vice versa.
