Error message after set Security Filter

Hello All,

I have a problem with security filter. I would like to filter all sale documents by department for each manager. There are 2 dept. as product sale dept. and service sale dept.. So, I only filtered Shortcut Dimension 1 Code (department) to be Product sale dept. in Sales Header with the below picture.

Everything is good except approval. Manager got the below error message when click approve button in all sale documents.

Please advise me for this case. How to fix this?

I read it already but don't understand why we need to customize or use add on for Dynamic NAV if Microsoft provide security filter.
