how do we make sure that e-mails which have been tracked are displayed as /Tracked with Dynamics 365/ in Outlook for users who have not submitted the tracking? What if those users got access to D365 just after the initial tracking took place? Is there a way to /re-trigger/ the Outlook category in their Outlook so that they can see that the email got already tracked to D365?
Example: Communication emails, that include parties of BU A and BU B, were tracked in CRM before users of BU B got access to the system. Currently, the emails are not displayed as tracked in Outlook for other/new users (like the parties of BU B).
