Error when creating CRM connection from custom ASP.Net Web Application

I facing an issue related connection issue. I have one custom web application which are making connection with Dynamics CRM v8.2 using Organization service. It was working fine without IFD deployment.

when I am connecting to Dynamics CRM V8.2 with IFD enable using ADFS, I am getting below error

"The authentication endpoint Kerboberos was not found on the configured secure Token service".

I tried with xrm tooling connector but no luck. Any help is appreciated.

Is the CRM connection string correct? Is ADFS installed on the same server as Dynamics CRM? Have you checked to make sure the Endpoint URLs are set up correctly in ADFS?

There was an firewall rule applied.
