I see that GP 2015 can use AD for Web Client logins; is there a way to extend that to the thick client login?

That would be a great idea - I would be able to line up all my clients behind that suggestion.
What is the web site that you can post this suggestion to? Name skips my mind right now - but it should be there for sure.

In the past they've been dead set against this....there are 3rd party apps that offer this functionality, but I don't want to pay for one if it's available in GP 2015
Agreed - Microsoft is making it available for the Web Client, why not for the other logins.
It makes sense to extend that feature to the general user base.
Have you entered the suggestion in Connect? I will for sure support and put the word out to get some traction going.

To my knowledge this is not available in GP 2015. I am thinking if (when?) this is changed there will be so much talk about it, you won't be able to miss it. :-)
