Is there a mail merge functionality in Dynamics Human Resources please?

If no what is the work around without using the standard mail merge wizard option in Word? I would like letters to be sent out electronically as well.

    Hi Busayo,

    You can potentially use Power Automate to create mail merge. You can loop e.g. the employees and create a certain mail to be send to them.
