    Hi Mari,

Can you elaborate on your question? SHould be combo box be bound to a table field or is it unbound? Do you want to use a pre-defined enumeration or are you trying to add values using x++ statements?

    Hi Mari Eru,

You can create new enum in AOT and add it on a table or form, AX will render it as combobox.

If you need to build combobox in runtime for a dialog please refer to this article  blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../how-to-add-a-combo-box-with-runtime-generated-items-to-a-dialog-object

    Hey Mari Eru,

So did you try to create new enum, add values you need to it and than create new filed based on this enum ?

It seems that you mean a lookup form, such as when you're picking a customer when creating orders.

They're usually generated by AX according to table relations, although you can also create them by yourself if you need some special logic. Search for "lookup" to find more information.

    Hi Sir Martin

The first image is my combo box, the second image is the values i want to display in my combo box. With this, what is the best way to populate it?

That's a lookup in AX terminology.

Which value do you want to put to your Price Band field on left? It seems to me that you should create a new field in your table, such as BandId.
