I am trying to integrate Cafex Assist for chat in Dynamics 365 for implementation of Channel Integration in Case entity. Post installation, the Cafex Assist chat window is not visible in any entity form/View like Case, Account and Contact.
However Cafex Assist chat window is visible in while browsing settings. The assist chat window is visible in all pages of settings. Please let me know how can I display chat window in entity forms/ views.
