In individual accidentally closed payroll for the year. Although they have since "Remove Year-End Information", it does not appear as though that action removes the roll forward of the vacation/sick hours or recalculate the Accrued Vacation/Sick time YTD. Is there a process or steps I can do to undo/reverse a payroll year end close on PTO Manager balances/activity?
Hello,
There is no undo button for this action short of restoring your database from the backup from the night before the issue occurred. You could potentially set up a test company with a backup from before the issue occurred and DTS or compare the data in the following tables to correct the issue, but that would not be supported or tested my Microsoft.
