How to connect to F&O using OData ?

Hello guys,

Is it true that to connect to F&O, we only need to call our entity's Public Collection Name ? and by add "/data/<Public Collection Name>" ?

Cause I tried with a simple standard entity "Customers" but it give me an error.

Is there something incorrect with my URL input ?

    Can you first connect to odata and then select your entity from list?

    I'm sorry I'm very new on this OData thing. Can you give me a guide what to do ? I thought that URL I typed is OData.

    Hi

    Select odata from data source list. Type your url without entity. Then if you achive to connect with appropriate credentials then you will be shown entity list.

    Hi Tony,

    Note that the public collection name is case-sentitive in the URL, so use .../data/Customers instead of .../data/customers.

    Indeed, you need to be signed in before, but that was not the cause of your issue as per error message in your original question.
