Do we have Balanced Scorecard feature in AX 2012? If yes, where can i find it? If no, why it has been discontinued?

It is discontinued, have a look on customersource/partnersource for the documents (if you can find them)
We still have the balanced scorecard, however, through SharePoint PerformancePoint Services! I think that it's more appropriate there. There is no way to automate the creation of a balanced scorecard. It's about a methodology, not an automated technical process -- whether developed in SSRS, PerformancePoint, or Excel. But, having made a couple of them, I'm glad that we have PerformancePoint. :)
