New schedule board daily view - how to replace work order number with client name?

Hi brains trust,

Regarding new Schedule Board Daily view, I know as of now there is no way to add more info to it. My questions are

1. is it possible to replace Work Order Number with Client name? For us if we have to choose one thing to display, client name is more meaningful compared to WON.

2. Is it possible to show more info into Hover Pop-up? The default info doesn't mean anything to us so we like to add other info such as Primary Incident Type, Work Order Summery.

For point1, you can only customise the displayed field on Hourly View. Please refer to this:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/booking-template

The feature is on their roadmap, but not available by now. You could vote here to progress this feature: experience.dynamics.com/.../
