In an HR environment I am setting up for a customer, they want line managers to be able to log-in to manage their staff in HR. They want managers to be able to create annual leave requests on behalf of their team, and be able to view all the personal information for their team, but no one else.
Has anyone had any experience of assigning security roles to line managers in HR so that they can manage their own staff and themselves but no one else? Cannot find a good fit in any of the out of the box roles, so before I dive into duties and privileges, I was just wondering if anyone else had been down this path before?
