How to enable price tolerance for both two way and three way matching

We currently have a line matching policy set up for three-way matching at a 15% tolerance, however we're experiencing issues with two-way matching having no tolerance on them. How can we enable price tolerances on two-way matching?

In Accounts Payable > Invoice matching setup > Price tolerances we have our setup as below. I would assume this covers both two and three way matching, but we still have two-way matching invoices failing validation even due to $0.04. In order to process these failed invoices we have to ask the processor to manually add a line to the invoice entry to account for the variance, which is undesirable.

You can refer to this official document: Three-way matching policies - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn, it provides examples of three-way matching.

or you can ensure that the "Amount rounding precision" field is properly configured to avoid validation errors due to minor variances.

Thank you for replying, I do understand the matching policies, however I wanted to determine how we can set up tolerances for both three way and two way matching policies that are both enabled in the system. For example, we have three way matching price tolerance set at the system accounts payable parameter level, but I'm unfamiliar with how to set up tolerance for two way matching since the parameters only allow setup for one policy at a time (see first screenshot in the original post).
