I have been using Windows Remix ClickOnce to access the report writer within D365 F&O so I can create and edit custom reports in the Financial Reports under General Ledger. It has stopped working. Tells me it can't access the database. My support company suggested using Breez ClickOnce 4c. Tried that, still not working. Error message is the same (Chrome, Edge): "Unable to connect to the Financial Reporting Server." I am on the latest D365 F&O version (was working great last week until the progressive update this weekend). Reporting is loaded in LCS, so that is not the issue. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled-reinstalled. I am not the only one having this issue within my company. Yes, I am the Sys. Admin. What is further puzzling is my support company has been able to access the reports in both my Prod and UAT environment. If I try going Incognito, it tells me it can't launch the application (for both Windows Remix and Breez) Has anyone else experienced this issue and how did you solve it?? And before someone asks: yes, I can generate new reports without any issues, I just can't open Report Writer to edit. Very puzzling.
