We have D365 9.0.2.449 . The interactive service hub dashboard shows the record count as -1 . Is this a bug in the application?
Something is wrong with the product. If you have not changed any view definition recently but after upgrade/update it started showing then MS support ticket with high priority is the way to go.
It should show 0 or real count of records definitely not -1

Does this issue happen with traditional Dashboards instead of Interactive Service hub ?
Do you clear the cache and try again?
