We are a company of 40 people and we develop and design Integrated circuits.
At the moment we don t have an ERP system and we work with sharepoint and MS PROJECT
We have a workforce of chip designers and appication specialists
Per order we make very elaborate projects in MS PROJECT(+700 lines) since we have a very long cycle between
concept and delivery. Per project we have cost estimates and estimation of hours per employee in the project.
We were looking for a performant ERP system and I saw that you could use MS PROJECT in MS dynamics Project operations.
Our question is if we can migrage our existing MS Projects in MS dynamics project operations and work from MS Dynamics further on?
Is Projects Operations capable enough for handling elaborate projects?

I hope the experts chime in with capabilities that are not the same between MS Project and PO365. For instance, in PO365, the schedule board view is not exportable, meaning that the MS Project-like view of people assignments is on-screen only. I've seen recommendations that something can be programmed but it's not an out-of-the-box feature.
I'm also curious about if the project phases and dependencies can be displayed as a whole and not just at the individual project level.
