In my experience using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps I was very curious as why some features that can be automated are not. Why is there not an auto-refresh when changes are made within Power Apps? On CRM even when a change is made, you must still click the refresh button on the command bar or the browser to view the changes. Why is this not an automated feature?
Hello,
Please submit a feature request to Microsoft and they will try to implement it in upcoming builds after successful feasibility analysis.

Hi Derek,
Please check this thread: community.dynamics.com/.../using-flow-to-update-account-from-after-qualifying-lead
I had a discussion with martin about the same topic. Indeed, the flows are executed asynchronously on another server. You can find a workaround on the same thread where I proposed a solution with JavaScript that simulates a synchronous process.
