5Hi, are there currently any delay with form responses getting created as "Customer Voice Survey Response" records within Dataverse? We've logged a couple this morning and nothing has been created in Dataverse.
This happened a few weeks ago also and it sorted itself out after a few hours. We logged a support ticket and were not given any reason for this occuring.
It's quite disruptive as we're trying to develop and would be even worse if this was in production where we run flows off the back of these submissions.
