We have applied the latest Wave release for field service and RSO has stopped scheduling when we try to run it. The optimization request runs for a few minutes and then comes back with a optimization status of cancelled. When you look you at the message for that request it says "There are no valid resources found. You can change the date range or resource filter, then retry." If you then look at the resources tab all the resources show operation Blocked for each resource. Has anyone come across this issue before?
