Need help with domain mirgation

Hello all,

One of our clients is changing domains. For example, their existing domain is abc.com which is also where the current Dynamics 365 Sales resides. They are shifting to xyz.com. So, we need to know how this will change the way they are using their existing Dynamics 365 Sales environments and what we will need to do on our end?

It can be tough to navigate Dynamics 365 Sales Hub when you haven't used it in a while, but don't worry, I'm here to help!

To restructure the sales pipeline to match your sales team's processes, you'll need to customize the sales pipeline stages. Here's how you can do that in Dynamics 365 Sales Hub:

    1. Open the Sales Hub app: To get started, open the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub app from your app launcher.

    2. Navigate to the Sales Pipeline: Once you're in the Sales Hub app, click on the "Sales Pipeline" icon in the left-hand navigation menu. This will take you to the sales pipeline view.

    3. Customize the Sales Pipeline: In the sales pipeline view, click on the "Customize Pipeline" button located in the top right-hand corner. This will take you to the sales pipeline customization page.

    4. Edit Stages: In the customization page, you can add, remove, or edit stages to match your sales team's processes. To add a new stage, click on the "Add Stage" button. To edit or remove an existing stage, hover over the stage and click on the pencil or trash icon, respectively.

    5. Save Changes: Once you've made the necessary changes to the sales pipeline, click on the "Save" button to save your changes.

And that's it! You should now have successfully customized the sales pipeline to match your sales team's processes. If you're still having trouble or need more guidance, there are plenty of resources available online, or you can contact Microsoft support for assistance.
