Workflow on the basis of Financial Dimension value owners and supervisor

Hi All,

I have a question related to Workflow.

My client is having the requirement which is new to me. My client needs workflow on the Basis of Financial Dimensions and i am getting stuck. Can someone please help.

Scenario is: - Company is having one legal entity called Facility and it is having 30-dimension values let say 001(Head office), 002(Marketing), 003(HR) and so on. so, their requirement is first the workflow goes for approval to let say 001 owner and then once the owner of 001 will approve then it goes to the supervisor of 001 FD.

Now I don't know how to configure workflow that after owner approves the workflow then it goes to the particular FD supervisor. I know the steps till the workflow goes to the owner of the FD but dont know how to create steps that after the owner approves it goes to the Supervisor of that Financial dimension.

yes you can have based on assignment type expenditure reviewer.

I believe you would need to use the Configurable hierarchy option. Here is the link, it is about half way through the article exploredynamics365.home.blog/.../

Hi Daizy,

I agree with Kyons, you can use a custom configurable hierarchy option where you can define report to position and use such hierarchy in your workflow setup.
