Hi everyone,
One of our clients for our warehousing activities started a new company and now they want us to move all the stock and activities for the ''old'' company to the new one. Can i duplicate the old company and change some information as client name, invoice address?
How can i move all the stock and activities on to the new company so we can invoice the new company?
As extra information; Almost everything will be the same, only the client name and invoice address changes.

I believe you are referring to the contact/customer record, and we don't have any standard functionality to copy master data, you can use the rapid start to export and update the values you need and re-import again.
Thank you for your answer, but unfortunately that doesn't work. The ''companies'' menu is only to copy the operating company in the system not the clients as i referred to before. I want to copy a company in the list of Clients.
You can use Copy Company functionality for that.
1. Go to Departments -> Administration -> IT Adminstration -> General -> Companies.
or search for "Companies" on search bar.
2. Select the company you want to duplicate.
3. Click on the Copy button in the menu bar.
4. Enter the name of your new company and click OK.
