Cannot enable Change Tracking on Entity for BYOD publication

The following error  Did not find join relation: DirOrganizationBase_1, DirPartyTable shows when I select Enable primary table from the Change Tracking menu.

This is when I try to publish entities to my BYOD so that I can do incrimental push, as seen here:

Any idea why this might be?

    I believe Customers V3 entity has a custom change tracking, can you check if that entity has a method named 'defaultCTQuery'? And also did you modified this entity?
