i created a portal for Customer Service. Now I want to customize the contoso? How can I log in as a System-Admin? pass@word1 didn't work for user admin.
You can change password. If you have permission error, you can check rights in your Contact records.

no, it doesn't work. I also tried to change the passwort of the portal- and systemadmin of the contoso domain. But when i do this, there is the them error every time: insufficient Permission. But i'm a global Administrator
can't you log in with your system admin credentials?
