This question has been asked before, but we are transitioning to the Dynamics Marketing from Hubspot. We currently create leads in Dynamics via the Dynamics integration app. These leads have the BPF automatically added.
However when testing a new Dynamics form, the BPF is not loaded. The only difference I can see is that the leads from Hubspot are created using my login, but the leads from the Dynamics form are created by System.
I've seen posts referring to adding JS to the form, but that seems unnecessarily complex for a simple form to kick off a BPF. Any thoughts?
Please verify the answer which is shared by me. so that if other community member/ users face similar issue they can get detailed information from the articles which are shared by me on previous post.
Thanks. This was the solution. I hadn't noticed that an additional BPF was active on leads. We only use one, so deactivating the second one was not a problem.
Check that specific BPF's records, and once you delete the associated record BPF will automatically removed from the existing records.

Make sure you have either disabled the BPF or removed it from the App.
Thank you,

Hi AdmWombat,
You need to make sure that only one BPF is eligible,
if there is another BPF being loaded at the same time there will be a conflict,
it is recommended that you temporarily disable the other BPFs and keep only the one you need.
Security roles can also cause such problems.
