Formatting for Full Name Field

When a contact is added to KORE through Outlook - the format is Last name, First name. The issue is all other contact full name formatting is First Name Last Name. is there a workflow that I can create that would run in the background and change the formatting to First/Last name?

Hello,

I believe to reformat the name you have to "touch" firstname or lastname, i.e. you can update contact's first or last name with the same value.

I tried this but it will revert back to the last name, first name. it seems to only happen when contact are added through outlook. When I open the contact info up and "touch" it does display the correct format for a few seconds before reverting back to the original format.
